Great experience. Felt like I could trust the people there and they asked great questions that led them to advising on the best tires that suited my needs. Polite people as well - didn’t feel like the bare minimum politeness, but actually felt taken care of. Great job!

Very helpful people. Always a good experience if I need tire repair or replacement. Varies from busy to very busy...make an appointment if possible.

First time in, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process and the customer service. I scheduled everything online, got a link to 'get in line' when I was on my way. Used the fast WiFi to catch up on work while I waited, and was out earlier than expected. Great experience.

Luis was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Team was quick in replacing all 4 tires and sensors. I have been going to Discount Tire for many years...why go anywhere else?

Had to bring my Yukon back due to a vibration in the vehicle. Tires were road force balanced found 2 tires had high road force. Replacement tires had to be ordered and I had to come back a 3rd time to have them installed. After tires were replaced test drove vibration appears to be gone,but overall I believe these tires will never be totally smooth due to the tread design. Overall not happy with the brand and the fact I had to make 2 trips to your store after the initial purchase. Overall happy with Sean the sales associate and the way I was treated at the store. I would tell someone to go see Sean at Discount but NOT but Rocky Mountain tires.

Store very busy, long wait times... After several visits...wheels and tires still vibrate badly...

I purchased 4 Rocky Mountain tires for my Yukon. I was unsure about buying private label tires due to poor quality and lack of smoothness and performance. I was quoted a price once I got to the store found out price was without road hazard. Drove vehicle after installation now vehicle has a vibrayand pulls to the right. This the reason I do not like private label tires but was assured by the sales person that these tires were good and no complaints, in fact their best seller. Not happy at all. Now I have to take time out of my day to go back and get this resolved
